AI Broker is the trading name of SUD TECH LIMITED, a company registered in the Republic of Ireland with its registered office in Waterford. The product is sold to regulated firms, so the corporate detail matters more than it would elsewhere. When a brokerage runs Aoibhe against its own book, we are the data processor and the brokerage is the controller, under a written Data Processing Agreement. That split is set out in full in the privacy notice and the DPA, both published on this site rather than held back for a sales call.

We are a small team building one product for one industry. There is no separate consulting arm, no reseller network and no white-label programme.

Aoibhe handles structured intake across email, WhatsApp, web chat and web forms; sweeps every channel for conversations that have gone quiet; counts statutory deadlines backwards from the date they are anchored to and drafts the notice early for a broker to approve; reads the whole book daily for cross-sell gaps, dormant clients and insurer concentration; and generates documents from the client record against the brokerage’s own templates.

Answering an enquiry is the only part a client ever sees. The rest runs against the brokerage’s own book, which is where the hours actually go. Every capability is described in full, one page each, under features.

Aoibhe is trained on the brokerage’s own knowledge base, not the open web, and every answer cites the document it came from. A brokerage’s data is never used to train a third-party model.

Autonomous replying is off by default and is switched on per channel by the brokerage. A broker replying on a thread freezes Aoibhe on that thread immediately. Injury, regulatory exposure, distress and legal weight always route to a person regardless of what else is enabled.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with AES-256-GCM, hosted in the EU, and every reply and tool call is written to an append-only audit trail that the database enforces with a trigger rather than application convention.

We do not claim SOC 2 certification and we do not claim end-to-end encryption, because neither is true today. Architecture, data flows and the full sub-processor list are available under NDA for a compliance review, and the dated sub-processor list is published here in the meantime.

The company is Irish and the product was built for the European regulatory shape first, where a licensed human stays accountable for advice. Deadlines are anchored to the Central Bank of Ireland’s 2025 Consumer Protection Code, in force since March 2026, and the same audit pipeline carries FCA and ICOBS obligations for UK brokerages.

We sell into Ireland and the United Kingdom. Onboarding a brokerage takes about a week, most of which is reading in the firm’s own knowledge base and importing its book from a CSV, XLSX or XLS export.
