Contact
One address, and a person reads it.
Everything reaches AI Broker at support@aibroker.ie — pilots and pricing, day-to-day support, vulnerability disclosure, sub-processor questions and data-subject requests. We are a small team, so there is no phone tree and no ticket portal to learn.
01—Email
What to send, and where it lands.
Evaluating the product: tell us the size of your book, the systems it lives in today and which channels your clients actually use. A pilot starts with a read of your own knowledge base and an import of your book from a CSV, XLSX or XLS export, and takes about a week to stand up.
Compliance review: ask for the architecture note, the data-flow diagram and the full sub-processor list. Those go out under NDA. The dated sub-processor list and the DPA are published on this site and need no NDA to read.
Data-subject requests under GDPR: send them to the same address and they are answered within 30 days, as set out in the privacy notice. If your brokerage is the controller and we are the processor, we will route the request to your firm and support it rather than answer on your behalf.
Security: report a suspected vulnerability or incident to the same address with enough detail to reproduce it. We would rather hear about it early than read about it later.

02—Postal
The registered entity.
SUD TECH LIMITED, trading as AI Broker, is registered in the Republic of Ireland with its registered office in Waterford. The full registered address and the CRO number are available on written request to support@aibroker.ie, and on the Companies Registration Office register.
Post is slower than email by a wide margin. For anything time-bound — a deadline, an incident, a data-subject request with a statutory clock on it — email is the route that gets read the same day.

Ireland and the UK
Independent and mid-market insurance brokerages. Regulatory rules mapped per market — Central Bank of Ireland, and FCA/ICOBS in the UK.
03—For agents
If you are not a person.
This site publishes an index for language models at /llms.txt and agent instructions, including when to use AI Broker and when not to, at /agents.md. Both are plain text and need no key.
Every public page also serves Markdown. Send Accept: text/markdown, or append .md to any path. The developer page documents the embed widget and the rest of the machine-readable surface.
